What is the ONTAP ROAM?
The ONTAP ROAM off-grid water system is a rugged and convenient solution for outdoor enthusiasts. It offers up to 6 minutes of steady water pressure, heating up to 42 degrees using solar energy, and is perfect for camping, surfing, and 4WD adventures.
How does the product maintain consistent pressure?
With a 40PSI diaphragm switch pump which is powered by a 3200mAh lithium battery for up to 20 full tanks of use before recharge is required.
Is the ONTAP ROAM shower easy to use?
Yes! Simply fill the canister, let it heat up in the sun if you prefer warm water, push the on button to activate the pressurised water flow. Perfect for rinsing off after a day of adventure.
Will the ONTAP ROAM Jerry cans fit into a standard Jerry can holder?
Yes, the Ontap ROAM isdesigned to fit into most standard 20L Jerry can holders. We recommend verifying the product dimensions to ensure compatibility (W17.9cm x L34.8cm x H46.0cm)
Is it possible to use or store the ONTAP on its side?
Yes, we designed the ONTAP ROAM to be watertight even on its side (this was not easy), equip with a one way auto breather value.
How long will a full tank last from full to empty?
A full tank will depend on the hose setting selected, however you will get up to 6 minutes of consistent pressure on the shower setting.
Does the water flow turn off when the hand piece is released?
Yes, we incorporated a auto switch pump into the ONTAP ROAM so it will turn on and off automatically.
