Eligibility

The giveaway is open to Australian residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees and immediate family of OnTap Products.

Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on April 7, 2024, at 12:00 AM AEST and ends on April 21, 2024, at 11:59 PM AEST.

How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

• Place an order on the ONTAP Products website (www.ontapproducts.com.au) during the Giveaway Period.

Prizes

• One (1) customer each day from April 7, 2024, to April 21, 2024, will receive a full refund on their order placed on that specific day.
• The refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the order.
• Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

Winner Selection and Notification

• One (1) winner will be randomly selected each day from all orders placed on that day.
• Winners will be notified via email to the email address provided during the order placement.
• For orders that are placed on Weekends or Public Holidays, the winners will be notified on the next business day.
• If a winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, a new winner may be selected.
• All communication regarding the giveaway will be conducted exclusively through the official @ontap.products Instagram account and the official email address used to process the order. Please be aware of scam accounts attempting to impersonate OnTap Products. Do not respond to any messages or requests from accounts other than @ontap.products.

Rights of the Promoter

ONTAP Products reserves the right to:

• Disqualify any entry for non-compliance or suspected fraud.
• Modify or cancel the giveaway at any time for reasons outside its control.
• Substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable.

ONTAP Products and its affiliates are not responsible for:

• Late, lost, or misdirected entries.
• Technical malfunctions or errors.
• Any injuries or damages arising from participation in the giveaway or use of the prizes.

Disputes

Any disputes arising from this giveaway will be governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
