Eligibility

The giveaway is open to Australian residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees and immediate family of OnTap Products, Mr Simple and Emery Surfboards.

Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on 3rd June, 2025, and ends at 4 PM AEST on 10th June, 2024

How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

Follow @ontap.products, @mrsimplegoods and @emerysurfboards on Instagram.
Like and save the designated giveaway post on Instagram.
Tag a friend in the comments of the giveaway post. Each unique tag is one entry.
For a bonus entry, share the giveaway post to your Instagram story and tag @ontap.products.

Prizes

OnTap Portable Shower, Mariner Mat, Emery Surfboard, Mr. Simple 1000 AUD Voucher.

The specific contents of each prize are detailed in the original giveaway post. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be randomly selected.

Winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message and announced on ONTAP Products' Instagram Story. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, a new winner may be selected.

All communication regarding the giveaway, including winner notifications, will be conducted exclusively through the official @ontap.products Instagram account. Please be aware of scam accounts attempting to impersonate OnTap Products. Do not respond to any messages or requests from accounts other than @ontap.products.

Rights of the Promoter

ONTAP Products reserves the right to:

Disqualify any entry for non-compliance or suspected fraud.
Modify or cancel the giveaway at any time for reasons outside its control.
Substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable.

Limitation of Liability

ONTAP Products and its affiliates are not responsible for:

Late, lost, or misdirected entries.
Technical malfunctions or errors.
Any injuries or damages arising from participation in the giveaway or use of the prizes.

Disputes

Any disputes arising from this giveaway will be governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
