ONTAP Black Friday 2026 Sale: Terms and Conditions

 

These Terms and Conditions (Terms) govern the ONTAP Black Friday 2026 Sale (Promotion), which offers up to 30% off selected products on ontapproducts.com.au until 11:59pm AEDT on Monday 30 November 2026, or while stocks last. By placing an order under the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

1. The Promotion

1.1 During the Promotional Period, eligible customers can purchase selected ONTAP products at discounted prices of up to 30% off the standard retail price, as displayed on the ONTAP Products website (Website).

1.2 Discounts vary by product. "Up to 30% off" means the maximum discount offered on any single product or bundle. Not all products will be discounted by 30%.

1.3 The applicable sale price for each product will be displayed on the Website at the time of purchase.

2. The Promoter

2.1 This Promotion is conducted by ONTAP Products Pty Ltd (ABN 96 774 374 292) of Frenchs Forest, NSW, Australia (ONTAP, we, us or our).

3. Promotional Period

3.1 The Promotion runs across two periods (together, the Promotional Period):

• Early Access: opens [TIME] AEDT on [DAY DATE] November 2026 and closes when the Public Sale opens. Early Access is only available to Early Access Subscribers (see clause 3.2).
• Public Sale: opens [TIME] AEDT on [DAY DATE] November 2026 and closes 11:59pm AEDT on Monday 30 November 2026.

3.2 Early Access Subscribers are customers who have signed up via the ONTAP Black Friday early access page on the Website, using a valid email address, before Early Access opens. Early Access Subscribers will receive access details by email. Access details are personal and must not be shared or published.

3.3 All offers are available while stocks last. Products may sell out before the end of the Promotional Period, including during Early Access.

3.4 Orders placed outside the Promotional Period will not receive the Promotion pricing. The time of order is the time recorded by the Website's checkout system.

4. Eligibility

4.1 The Promotion is open only to Australian residents who place an order through the Website with a delivery address in Australia.

4.2 Orders with a delivery address outside Australia, including orders placed through ONTAP's international or US storefronts, are not eligible for the Promotion.

4.3 The Promotion is available online only, through the Website. It does not apply to purchases made through ARB stores, other retailers or stockists, trade shows or events.

4.4 ONTAP may require proof of Australian residency or delivery address before dispatching an order placed under the Promotion.

5. The Offer and How to Redeem

5.1 Promotion prices will be applied automatically at checkout, or shown as the displayed sale price on the Website. No discount code is required unless stated on the Website or in the Early Access email.

5.2 Discounts on the ONTAP ROAM™ may be offered through bundle pricing (for example, the ONTAP ROAM™ with selected accessories or additional tanks) rather than as a discount on the ONTAP ROAM™ alone. Bundle contents and prices will be as displayed on the Website.

5.3 Bundle discounts apply only when the bundle is purchased as listed. Bundle items cannot be swapped, and bundles cannot be split to claim a discount on individual items.

5.4 Where a discount code is issued, it is single use, limited to one per customer, has no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold.

6. Exclusions and Limitations

6.1 The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount code, affiliate or creator link discount, gift with purchase or promotion, unless ONTAP states otherwise on the Website.

6.2 The Promotion excludes gift cards, previous purchases, pre-orders placed before the Promotional Period, and any products marked as excluded on the Website.

6.3 Promotion pricing cannot be applied retrospectively to orders placed before the Promotional Period, and no price adjustments or refunds of the difference will be given.

6.4 ONTAP may limit the quantity of any product a customer can purchase under the Promotion. Orders that exceed a stated limit, or that ONTAP reasonably believes are placed for resale or commercial purposes, may be cancelled and refunded in full.

7. Stock and Pricing

7.1 All offers are subject to stock availability. Once a product sells out, it will no longer be available at the Promotion price, and ONTAP is not obliged to restock it during the Promotional Period.

7.2 Product colours and configurations are subject to availability.

7.3 Discounts are calculated on the standard retail price displayed on the Website immediately before the Promotional Period. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.

7.4 If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, ONTAP will contact you before dispatch and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.

8. Shipping

8.1 Orders will be shipped to Australian delivery addresses only, in line with ONTAP's standard shipping policy on the Website.

8.2 Due to high order volumes during the Promotional Period, dispatch and delivery times may be longer than usual. ONTAP is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

9. Returns, Refunds and Warranty

9.1 Products purchased under the Promotion are covered by ONTAP's standard returns, refund and warranty policies on the Website, including the 24-month warranty on the ONTAP ROAM™.

9.2 Where a bundle is returned for a change of mind, the full bundle must be returned. If a single bundle item is refunded under warranty or the Australian Consumer Law, the refund will be calculated on the discounted price paid for that item.

9.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law, or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

10. General Conditions

10.1 ONTAP reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order it reasonably believes was placed fraudulently, in breach of these Terms, or to exploit the Promotion.

10.2 ONTAP reserves the right to amend, extend, suspend or withdraw the Promotion at any time without notice, subject to applicable law. Any changes will be published on the Website.

10.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, ONTAP is not liable for any loss or damage suffered in connection with the Promotion, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10.4 These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

11. Privacy

11.1 Personal information collected in connection with the Promotion, including Early Access sign-ups, will be handled in accordance with ONTAP's Privacy Policy. It will be used to conduct the Promotion, process orders, send Early Access details, and for the other purposes described in the Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
