Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the Free Mariner Mat promotion (Promotion) run by ONTAP Products Pty Ltd. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. THE PROMOTION
Purchase one (1) ONTAP Original shower or one (1) ROAM™ portable water system and receive one (1) Mariner Mat free of charge, for a limited time, while stocks last (Promotion).
2. THE PROMOTER
This Promotion is conducted by ONTAP Products Pty Ltd (ABN 96 774 374 292) of Frenchs Forest, NSW, Australia (ONTAP, we, us or our).
3. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
The Promotion is available for a limited time only and may be withdrawn or ended at ONTAP's discretion. The free Mariner Mat is limited in stock, and the Promotion may end at any time once stock is exhausted.
4. ELIGIBILITY
The Promotion is open to customers aged 18 years or over who make a Qualifying Purchase through the ONTAP Products online store while the Promotion is active. Purchases made through third-party retailers or marketplaces are not eligible unless expressly stated otherwise.
5. QUALIFYING PURCHASE
A Qualifying Purchase means the purchase of one (1) ONTAP Original shower or one (1) ROAM™ portable water system in a single order. Accessories, spare parts, and bundles that do not include a full ONTAP Original shower or ROAM™ unit are not eligible for this Promotion.
6. HOW TO RECEIVE YOUR FREE GIFT
Eligible orders will automatically have one (1) free Mariner Mat added at checkout. No promo code is required. Limit of one (1) free Mariner Mat per Qualifying Purchase, per customer, per order.
7. THE FREE GIFT
- The free gift is one (1) Mariner Mat.
- The free gift has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash or store credit.
- The free gift is not available for separate purchase at this promotional price.
- Colour and design of the Mariner Mat supplied may vary subject to availability.
8. LIMITATIONS
- This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount code, or promotion unless otherwise stated.
- ONTAP reserves the right to substitute the free gift for a product of equal or greater value if the Mariner Mat becomes unavailable.
- ONTAP reserves the right to limit quantities, and to refuse or cancel orders it reasonably believes are made for the purpose of resale or to exploit the Promotion.
9. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If a Qualifying Purchase is returned, refunded, or cancelled, the free Mariner Mat must also be returned in its original condition, or its value may be deducted from the refund. Our standard returns policy applies to the Qualifying Purchase.
10. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
The free Mariner Mat will be shipped together with the Qualifying Purchase. Standard delivery timeframes and shipping costs for the Qualifying Purchase apply.
11. GENERAL CONDITIONS
- ONTAP reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this Promotion at any time without notice, subject to applicable law.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law, or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

Any personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
