Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the "Win a ROAM™ Every Day" promotion (Promotion) run by ONTAP Products Pty Ltd at the National 4x4 Outdoors Show, Melbourne Showgrounds, VIC (Show). By entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. THE PROMOTION

One (1) ONTAP ROAM™ portable water system will be given away by random draw on each day of the Show: Friday 21 August, Saturday 22 August, and Sunday 23 August 2026. Three (3) prizes will be awarded in total, one per day, each to a winner selected at random from that day's eligible entries.

  1. THE PROMOTER

This Promotion is conducted by ONTAP Products Pty Ltd (ABN 96 774 374 292) of Frenchs Forest, NSW, Australia (ONTAP, we, us or our).

  1. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

The Promotion runs across three separate daily entry periods, each corresponding to a single day's draw:

  • Day 1: Friday 21 August 2026, 9:00am to 5:00pm (AEST)
  • Day 2: Saturday 22 August 2026, 9:00am to 5:00pm (AEST)
  • Day 3: Sunday 23 August 2026, 9:00am to 4:00pm (AEST)

Entries received on a given day are only eligible for that day's draw. Entries received outside these times will not be accepted.

  1. ELIGIBILITY

4.1 Entry is open to individuals who are: (a) aged 18 years or over; and (b) physically present at the ONTAP stand at the Show during the relevant day's entry period.

4.2 This Promotion is only open for entry in person at the Show. It is not open to entry online, by mail, or from outside Victoria.

4.3 Limit of one (1) entry per person, per day. Entrants may enter on more than one day of the Show and will be separately eligible for each day's draw they enter.

4.4 Employees, contractors and agents of ONTAP, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.

4.5 No purchase is necessary to enter this Promotion.

  1. HOW TO ENTER

5.1 To enter, visit the ONTAP stand at the Show during that day's entry period and complete an entry form, including by scanning the QR code displayed at the stand and providing the requested details (name, email address and mobile number).

5.2 A new entry is required each day to be eligible for that day's draw. Entries do not carry over between days.

5.3 Incomplete, illegible, duplicate, or fraudulent entries will be deemed invalid and excluded from the relevant draw.

5.4 By entering, entrants consent to ONTAP collecting and using their information as described in clause 12 below.

  1. THE PRIZE

6.1 The prize for each day's draw is one (1) ONTAP ROAM™ portable water system, RRP $399 AUD inc. GST. Three (3) prizes will be awarded across the Promotion, with a total prize pool value of $1,197 AUD inc. GST (Prize).

6.2 The Prize has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash or store credit.

6.3 Colour and configuration of the ROAM™ supplied may vary subject to availability.

6.4 ONTAP reserves the right to substitute a Prize for a product of equal or greater value if the ROAM™ becomes unavailable.

  1. THE DRAW

7.1 A separate winner will be selected at random for each day of the Show, from all eligible entries received on that day.

7.2 Each day's draw will take place within 24 hours after entries close for that day, at ONTAP's stand or premises, or otherwise as reasonably determined by ONTAP.

7.3 The draw is not open to the public.

7.4 ONTAP's decision in relation to any aspect of the Promotion, including each draw and selection of winners, is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

  1. NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS

8.1 Each day's winner will be announced on ONTAP's official Instagram account within 24 hours of that day's draw.

8.2 ONTAP will also attempt to contact each winner directly, using the contact details provided at entry, to arrange delivery of their Prize.

8.3 If a winner does not respond to ONTAP's attempts to make contact within seven (7) days, ONTAP reserves the right to select a new winner from that day's eligible entries.

  1. DELIVERY OF THE PRIZE

Each Prize will be shipped to the relevant winner's nominated Australian delivery address at ONTAP's cost, within ten (10) business days of the winner confirming acceptance and delivery details.

  1. LIMITATIONS

10.1 ONTAP reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it reasonably believes has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unfair conduct, or attempted to enter using multiple identities or unauthorised means.

10.2 ONTAP reserves the right to limit quantities and to refuse or cancel any entry it reasonably believes was made for the purpose of exploiting the Promotion.

  1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

11.1 ONTAP reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this Promotion at any time without notice, subject to applicable law.

11.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law, or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified.

11.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, ONTAP is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of entering this Promotion or accepting a Prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11.4 These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

  1. PRIVACY

Any personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Information collected will be used to conduct the Promotion, including contacting winners, and for other purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
