Warranty

Ontap Products offer a 24 Month Warranty covering materials and workmanship against defect for two years from the date of purchase on all stocked items. ​

Under normal usage conditions, this warranty covers:

• Any defect in design or manufacture which results in the product failing to perform substantially as described in authorised advertising or literature; and
• We will either repair or replace the product at our discretion.

Warranty does not cover:

• Shipping cost of replacement.
• Wear and tear such as cracks, tears, abrasion.
• Damage resulting from misuse or abuse of the product.
• Damage arising from either road hazards, misuse or incorrect storage, whilst driving off-road.
• Damage arising from use with liquids other than fresh water.
• Damage arising from use in high temperatures.
