Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders received on or around a public holiday may be delayed by us to 3 business days. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

ONTAP Products currently ships to selected international destinations only. Shipping rates for international orders are calculated and displayed at checkout based on destination, order weight, and carrier rates.

  • Switzerland
  • Canada

  • United Kingdom

  • France

Estimated Delivery Times:
International delivery times vary depending on your location, customs processing, and local postal services. As a general guide:

  • New Zealand : 5 – 13 business days

  • North America: 3 – 10 business days

  • Europe: 5 – 13 business days

  • Rest of World: 5 – 13 business days

We use Australia Post International and other trusted global carriers to deliver safely and efficiently. Please click here to calculate live delivery timeframes. 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
For all International shipments the duties and taxes are paid by ONTAP PRODUCTS under DDP shipping terms.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. We cannot guarantee PO Box delivery so please provide a fixed address as an alternative.

Shipping insurance

If shipping insurance is selected at checkout, your order will be insured against loss or damage during transit. This coverage applies only while the parcel is in transit and ends once the order is marked as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

ONTAP Products is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs after confirmed delivery. Claims for loss or damage during transit must be submitted within 7 days of the expected delivery date and include supporting documentation, such as photos and tracking information.
